Important Update: Day of Giving Registration Closed

Thank you for your incredible response to Lakeside Dental Arts’ 14th Annual Day of Giving!.

Due to the overwhelming number of form submissions, we are officially closing online registration for this year’s event. We are currently in the process of contacting individuals who submitted a form to confirm their scheduled timeframes.

Walk-Ins Welcome (With Limitations):
While we can no longer accept new registrations, we will still welcome walk-ins on the day of the event. Walk-in appointments will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be worked in between already scheduled individuals. Please note that walk-in availability will be limited, and we are unable to guarantee a specific timeframe for care. There may also be extended wait times depending on the day’s flow.
