Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include and not limited to greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones. Scheduling and canceling patient appointments. Dental Charting and Treatment Planning.
Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records.
Applicants should have dental office experience, knowledge of Dentrix (preferred), knowledge of dental scheduling, outstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, and organizational skills. The dental front desk/insurance coordinator will spend most of the time dealing with a wide variety of patients and their situations. The applicant must be able to effectively interact with patients and staff members.
