BusyBODIES Fitness was established in 1986 with Lisa Celentano as Owner/Trainer for 33 years and counting. For those 33 years Lisa Celentano has been dedicated to the health and fitness of her clients. Lisa has trained Air Force Cadets, Police Academy recruits, been a collegiate basketball strength coach, and assisted as a high school baseball fitness counselor. Lisa was introduced to CrossFit by a childhood friend, tried her first class and was hooked. In 2010 Lisa became a CF affiliate and launched CrossFit SEBRING.
Group Fitness is Lisa’s specialty! She introduces progressive and challenging programs to her own gym, along with local gyms and organizations in the area.
